Nice topic! You can add that you don't need to copy data by connecting HDD to PC. If you have port replicator you can write for eg. Norton Commander or DOS Navigator on bootable floppy and transfer installer files via RS232. (it's slow, but works and it's good for people that don't have IDE to USB). :) And there is also case that using setup.exe may freeze (black screen) then use setupcor.exe (it happened me in the past on the Toshiba Portege, only setupcor.exe worked). :)

Operating systems on HDD: BeOS, Windows 98 SE, MS-DOS 7.10 and my own OS, called ZeOS.

About format it's pretty obvious, but you can describe how partitions looks like (I mean for drives bigger than 8GB with working hibernation) and IIRC fdisk is not good for use under Libretto for disks (and creating partitions) bigger than 8GB, but I can be wrong with this. And about serial copy thing, it's ok, I can expand it but not today. ;) And if anybody used GRUB before, after installation there is need to do run 'fdisk /mbr' under 9x, because it'll end with "grub error xx" (xx, because I don't exactly remember that error number).
